Hi

  1. I have trigger - When new record is created in the zapier tables
  2. Delay for 1 month
  3. Update record with all fields blank
  4. Check the ‘IAG Status’ Field is still ‘Needs IAG’
  5. If so delete the record.

    Step 3 is configured as Update Record in Zapier Table with all fields blank, then
    Step 4 checks if step 3 has IAG field Status as ‘Needs IAG’

    here the record ID after 1 month in some cases is getting some how changed. Therefore hitting an error at step 3.

    This is repetitive like once in 20 cases. How can this be trouble shooted? Is there anything wrong I am doing?

Hi @Sooraj Rajaramadas

We would need to see more screenshots to have context about the Zap action step event and how it is configured in EDIT mode.

Hi @Troy Tessalone,

As requested, here is the attachments for your reference.

@Sooraj Rajaramadas

Check if there is an existing record ID in the table.

Hi @Troy Tessalone

This ID is not found. Is there a way that we can add a filter process in such cases where if a table record is deleted and while this zap runs, it still doesn't state error?

If so please let me know how?

Best regards

@Sooraj Rajaramadas

In the Zapier Tables Find Record step, configure this logic, followed by a Filter step.

Great! Thank you @Troy Tessalone
