Question

Zapier says this is not a valid select option, but I know it is.

It looks like this issue has happened before:

I thought maybe this was a propagation issue as I was trying to use a new option that I had just added to my Baserow select. But I let it sit for a few days and also tried testing it on some other options that are not new. When test the step (updating a row in Baserow) I consistently get an error: 

“The app returned "The provided select option value '2214965' is not a valid select option.".” -- but I’m choosing an option from the list and it definitely exists in Baserow.

For us to have more context, post these screenshots:

  • how your Zap step is configured in EDIT mode
  • the encountered error

 

NOTE: Most Zap app integrations are created and managed by the app developer (Baserow in this case) using the Zapier Developer Platform so you may want to try reaching out to Baserow Support for help.
