So if i change the # or the term and click continue and then i check it has restored the old data, i tried this about 20 times and it only kept the new data about 3 times, is this a bug? If i click refresh data, same thing

Try using a new/different private browser.
Make sure your browser is updated.
Make sure your Zapier account isn’t logged into on another browser/device.

I followed all your instructions and tried a totally different browser, the same issue occurs

We are on free plan
It may be a temp issue.
Try publishing the Zap to get the configuration to save.
I have the same problem.
I have paid plan.
I found temporary solution.
Dont cut old text.
First append the new value to old one , then remove the old value.

We did not, we used another app instead and got it to work
