Hello


I’m setting up Zapier to send the text posted on Slack from Account Engagement (Pardot) to Gmail.
However, I’m having trouble as Zapier is only recognizing some of the Slack post.

 

Zapier recognizes all the text when it’s a post made by an individual rather than from Account Engagement.
Therefore, I suspect that posts from Account Engagement may be causing some issues.

 

How can this be resolved? Please advise on the course of action.

Is Account Engagement posting separate messages?

Can you post screenshots of the messages in Slack for examples?

Slack posts from Account Engagement are not being separated.

Here is an example message.

In Slack, check if those are in fact 1 message across separate lines VS separate messages sent at the same time. (hover over the messages in Slack)

Slack will group separate messages sent by the same user at the same time, and it can appear as 1 message even though those are multiple messages.

I have already confirmed that when hovering over the image posted last time, it is indeed a single message.

Wonder if the issue is related to special characters in the message causing the message to be truncated/cutoff.

Thank you. I removed the special characters (「」, :) and tested again, but the situation remains unchanged.
