Zapier not pulling through ClickUp Custom Fields

I’d like to set up a Zap to send an Envelope from Docusign, populated using Custom Fields from ClickUp. The trigger is when a Task Status Changes in ClickUp.  The Custom Fields are not being pulled through for the task so I’m not able to do this. I’ve created records for testing with in the correct List in ClickUp but when I test and select “Find New Records” it’s not finding them (nor any Custom Fields).  I know that the configuration of the account, space, list etc is correct as I’ve published the Zap with a temporary action to send me an Email for testing purposes and this works as expected.

 

Any ideas?

It looks like you’ve reached out to our Support Team about this and they replied today with a suggestion. I’ll share details of the suggestion here in case it’s helpful:

I'm sorry that you're still encountering the same issue, even after triggering the Zap with new data to see if it would show up in the sample records.
 
Could you please try the following below:

  1. Add a new connection and use this new connection in your current Zap. Kindly see this image.
  2. Toggle the Zap OFF/ON (I know this is a basic step, but it fixes a lot of problems).
  3. Trigger the Zap, kindly ensure that the status you've set for your tasks exactly matches the one in your Zap.

 
If the issue still persists, I'm afraid we might be dealing with a potential bug here.

If you’ve got any questions regarding their suggestion it would be best to continue the conversation with them over email. If you can’t locate their reply I’d recommend searching your spam/junk folder or searching your inbox for any emails from zapier.com in case. Sometimes their emails can end up in the spam/junk folder by accident.
