Zapier not pulling data from Clickup custom field

I am trying to set up a Zap from Clickup to Brevo.

When someone completes my contact form (which is a Clickup form) and becomes a task I want them to be automatically added to Brevo as a new subscriber/ contact. I have set up the Zap but it is saying:

 

Failed to create a contact in Brevo

Error from halted execution: Unable to get data. Unknown error type.

 

I don’t know if this is because the email address is in a custom field. I have mapped it out on the Zap but it’s still not pulling it through. Can anyone help?

To give us more context, please post screenshots with how your Zap steps are configured along with the error.
