Zapier not pulling 2 custom fields from Zoho CRM

I have a zap that pulls sales orders from Zoho CRM. I created 2 custom fields called Taxes and Shipping in the Sales Order | Ordered Items subform. I can create a custom field anywhere else and they show up from the module into Zapier. It seems that Zapier can not pull custom fields from the Ordered Items area. other fields that are system generated do show up. is there a way to get these 2 fields to show up? There is a warning that pops up using the CRM API v2.1 endpoint. Does Zapier use this? please see the screen shots

I’m sorry that you’re not getting the custom fields that you need in your Zap. It looks like the Zoho Zapier integration isn’t using the v2 API so that could be the issue here. I can’t see any existing issues or feature requests related to the ordered items subform, so the best thing to do is to get in touch with the Zapier Support team so we can dig into this further for you.
