Hello dear community,

I would like to use Zapier to connect Moodle, Zoom, and Brevo in order to send a Brevo email 24 hours before, then 1 hour before a Zoom meeting scheduled in Moodle, and finally send the recording afterwards.

My problem:

Zapier, using the “Zoom New Meeting” trigger, does not detect new meetings created in Zoom. It only shows a list of 11 old meetings, but none of the new ones—whether they are created in Moodle, directly on the Zoom website, or in the Zoom app.

However, Zapier does detect new cloud recordings without any issue.

Can anyone help me with this?

Thanks in advance for your feedback,

Gatien

Hi Troy, Thank you very much for your message. I went to the link, but unfortunately, it doesn’t provide an answer to the problem.

I'm an admin and want to trigger all recordings for all users in the Zoom org but cannot

If you're using the New Cloud Recording, New Meeting, or New Meeting Ended trigger in your Zaps, and it's not triggering on all users, this is likely due to missing access permissions in your Zoom app connection on Zapier.
To fix this:

  • Go to the Zoom app marketplace and log in to your admin account.
  • In the top right, click Manage.
  • In the left navigation, under Admin app management, click Apps on account.
  • Search and select the Zapier app.
  • In the User & groups tab, click + Add Users. Add the user whose recordings or meetings that you want to trigger the Zap for.
  • Go back to Zapier.
  • You'll need to reconnect your app connection to Zoom. When setting your app permissions, make sure to select the Allow this app to use by share access permission checkbox.
