Zapier not connecting to all Facebook Pages, even though I have complete access?

I am a marketing agency, and love the potential of zapier. But unfortunately like most technologies its got its faults. I have connected my Facebook which in turn, manages around 21 accounts. But only 16 show. And its the important ones I need to show up that aren't there. Can anyone assist w3ith this issue?

Welcome to the community. We would like to know if you are receiving any error messages when this occurs. Can you please post a screenshot of how your Zap was configured so we can troubleshoot further? Please ensure to obscure any sensitive information within your screenshot for security purposes.

There’s no issue with the zap. The Facebook page simply isn’t available to select? And I am authorised?

I’m jumping in to see if I can help!

We have a member who ran into the same issue and they were able to resolve it by using the Facebook Page ID in the “Page” field as a custom value.

You can try to get the Page ID as shown here https://www.facebook.com/help/1503421039731588 and then enter that as a custom value:

That would be great, but it says there are no custom inputs i can access for this zap?

Hi @Ben James,

You’d need to click on the “Custom” tab in the “Page” field and input the Facebook Page ID in the “Enter text or insert data” field. Like so:
