Some options to try.
- Duplicate the Zap.
- Delete the Zapier Manager step, then add back and reconfigure.
I went ahead and tried both of these again.
I have tried the following:
- Duplicate the Zap
- Delete and Create New Zap
- Tried selecting different/new Zaps
- Redoing the Manager Step

It looks like the error you’re running into is a known bug with Zapier Manager. I’ll be relaying the Support Team’s response here so that other Community members who might run into the same issue can request here to add their contact information to the open bug report.
I'm afraid this is a known bug that our team is currently aware of and working diligently to resolve. I've gone ahead and added you to the list of affected customers. This means you'll receive an update if we have more information or when the issue is resolved.

It’s been over a month now with no resolve on this error for the Zapier Manager “bug” for reports.
Doing more googling and searching, I see this has been a “bug” for over 2 years now. Is this something that you guys don't want to actually fix or release due to the capabilities of what clients can use the task reporting feature for?
Working in this line of work now for a long while, it’s pretty obvious when somethings been a “bug” for more than a year. Can we get a clear answer on this or actually get this fixed on my account regardless of how many other community members are signed up waiting for it to get resolved.

I apologize for the inconvenience caused by this bug. Currently, our process for handling bugs may seem unclear. Unfortunately, we can only provide information when the bug is fixed, and not during the process.
The main reason for this is the constantly changing priorities and numerous variables involved with over 5,000 integrations on Zapier. Sometimes we rely on partners to make changes, which are beyond our control.
Rest assured, the bug has been logged, and we are working on resolving it as quickly as possible. We will notify you once the issue is fixed. I am doing my best to ensure that feedback like yours is taken seriously and understood.
I understand that this doesn't change the fact that you're waiting for fixes, but I hope it reassures you that we are actively working on getting them resolved as soon as possible.
