Zapier Manager Error while retrieving: read_hook() missing 1 required positional argument: 'cleaned'

I had a zap for sending errors to my slack channel. It was turned on for more than a year…. but recently it started to send an error that comes from this same zap. The error shows a message “Trigger partner failure: read_hook() missing 1 required positional argument: 'cleaned'” 

I am using Zapier Manager. 
The event: New Zap Error

In the zap history data out I can see the following: 
 

 

Is anyone having the same issue now? Or somebody have had same issue?

Hi friends! For anyone following along this is a known bug impacting the Zapier Manager and ZapierMail apps and the team is working on a fix. We’ll be sharing any updates in the main thread below 👇🏽 but status.zapier.com is a good place to monitor as well.

@jeaninew415  I just received an alert  from zapier. They are working on it. Check the status page: https://status.zapier.com/ it seems to be an issue with the platform
