I have used Zapier to pull contacts from Wix into Zapier for years. About 16 days ago all contacts stopped importing into Wix so I can send them to Kit.
I have uninstalled the Wix app in Zapier and reconnected it but that did not work.
When I setup the Zap, I choose either “Forms” or “Members and Contacts”, select my account with wix, select the specific trigger to use “form submitted”, then select all forms. If I choose “specific” form, it does give me the ability to select specific forms from my wix site.
However, the trouble starts on the testing. The only test record Zapier pulls is a generic record that is not in our wix database as shown below:
No other records pull. So, the problem is that Zapier is not identifying the contact records for some reason.
Has anyone had any experience/problems with connecting wix with Zapier and getting contact records to connect? I need help!
