Hi @jmuriel

Here’s a tip to try:

Thanks for the quick response. The thing is that I’m trying to remove the app (and the same one is removed in Zapier and also not showing) but in Facebook it keeps being shown as the only config of CRM.

Any other info regarding this matter, please advice.

@jmuriel

Post screenshots to give us more context about where you are trying to make the adjustments.

Here’s the screenshots on the matter. It keeps showing connected in the CRM Config but we did the step by step on removal.

@jmuriel

In Zapier, check if there are older versions of the FB Lead Ads Zap app: https://zapier.com/app/connections

@Troy Tessalone It didn’t prompt more apps and it keeps showing. I opened a ticket in META and it haven’t had responses.

Thanks, regards.

@Troy Tessalone Could you help me on this matter? I keep having the same issue.

Already repeated twice the same config.

Hi there @jmuriel,

I’m jumping in to see if I can help!

Could you please try this Facebook help article: https://www.facebook.com/business/help/540596413257598?id=735435806665862

Also, I’d recommend checking out this Zapier article as well. It has step by step instructions on how to disconnect your account: https://help.zapier.com/hc/en-us/articles/8496055920013-How-to-remove-Zapier-access-to-a-Facebook-Lead-Ads-account

Hopefully, this helps!

@ken.a thanks for the response. Both documentations I had the opportunity to revised them and had the same problem.

As you could see the pages doesn’t have Lead Access on a Integration Level. The problem is that it keeps connected on the Business Suite. Inclusive when it refresh is shown without any connection. If there any way to see or understand if it could be forced disconnected from Zapier?

Already had response from Facebook saying is a Zapier problem not theirs.

Regards,

Hi @jmuriel,

Thanks for the update here.

I wonder what options you see when you click on the “Edit” button here:

(view larger)

Is there a delete/remove option after clicking the “Edit” button? If so, could you please try that for me?

Thanks!

unfortunately i have the same problem and i can’t delete the integration, can you help me to solve this?

Sorry to hear you’re running into this issue as well @devilmarley

Assuming you see the same Edit link next to the Connected status in Facebook can you click on it and confirm whether you see any options to delete/remove the connection as per Ken’s last reply here?

That said, I recently came across similar issues over here in the Community:

I’ll share the latest suggestion here in case it’s helpful in resolving things here too:

“To remove it fully you’d also need to remove it form the list of business integrations (see: Remove your CRM system integration from Meta) in your Facebook account.

As you’ve already done that, I’m wondering if it might have just been taking a long time for the removal to take affect? As on our How to remove Zapier access to a Facebook Lead Ads account guide here it mentions that it can take up to 12 hours for the connection to be removed:

Can you try checking in your Facebook account again to see if Zapier is still showing now?”

Keen to ensure this gets sorted so please keep us in the loop on how you get on with this!
