My customers submit enquiries through the checkatrade app, at the moment that triggers a html email, zapier then picks this email up to create a job ticket for me on another application. Zapier isnt picking up the correct info from the checkatrade html email, pls how can i get this fixed. Thank you..

You do not need to use checktrade html. simply connect your Gmail with zapier and 
I would suggest  you,  try to  Use the Email Parser Output: Change the trigger of your Zap to use the Zapier Email Parser output. This should be done instead of directly using the email app as a trigger. Make sure to map out correctly
