This topic was closed that’s why i am opening the new one. What’s the status of that feature request you mention in that thread? Is there a workaround for users’ mentioning?
I can definitely tell, that the tagging using `<users/<id>` works when i use the direct call to the chat webhook but unfortunately it doesn’t work when using the zapier integration.
