Zapier->GHL: Campaigns Not Showing

Has anyone else experienced difficulty in connecting zapier to GHL to add leads to campaigns? I previously had it working but now, when setting up the connection, I do not see any active campaigns to add the lead to?

 

I believe it may be linked to this post, but not sure if there has been a resolution
