Hello, I just started having an issue where my Zapier Push extension no longer loads to the right side of my browser.

I can only see the sidebar when I log out of Zapier. Then I see the “Welcome to the Zapier Extension” screen with the Sign Up and Log In messages. The only change I made that could be related is I just signed up for Zapier Early Access. 

 

To reproduce

  1. I click on the pinned extension button.
  2. The sidebar opens and begins loading.
  3. I see a brief flash of the Zapier logo and page elements at the top.
  4. The sidebar goes white.

So far, I’ve tried 

  1. Uninstalling and reinstalling the Zapier extension
  2. Updating my browser
  3. Restarting browser
  4. Restarting laptop
  5. Wiping browse cache
  6. Blocking then allowing javascript 

If I try to load the extension URL in my regular browser, it’s also blank.

If you're experiencing issues with the Zapier Push extension, try these additional steps: verify browser compatibility (best with Chrome or Firefox), disable other extensions to rule out conflicts, check for a stable internet connection, and consider reverting to the stable Zapier version if issues began after joining Early Access. If the problem persists, contact Zapier support for further assistance.
