I have set up an automation in many chat to collect email addresses from Instagram. But when I try and put this into zapier. It says that it can’t pull user please help help.

I'm sorry you're having trouble setting up your automation.

 

To troubleshoot your automation setup, Ensure your ManyChat settings are correct by testing with a different Instagram account. Check the connection between ManyChat and Zapier on your Zapier dashboard, and reconnect if needed. Verify that your Zapier trigger, such as "New Subscriber" or "New Custom Field Value," is set correctly. Ensure the Zapier action pulls the correct information, like the email address field, from ManyChat. Test your Zap to see if it works, and if issues persist, contact Zapier support. Always respect user's privacy and adhere to the terms of service and privacy policies of Instagram, ManyChat, and Zapier.
