UPDATE:
I’ve tried adding every app I have an account for as a Trigger, and every single one gives me the same error. For some reason, I am completely unable to sign into any account as long as it is a Trigger in Zapier.

I’m trying to build a Zap, but seem unable. Whenever I try to sign into whatever tool I’m using as the “Trigger,” I get the following pop-up error: “Oops! Something went wrong on our end. Please close this window and try again.”
I’ve tried 3 completely separate Triggers, and all of them give me the exact same error. This leads me to believe the problem isn’t with the tools, but with Zapier. Any suggestions?
