Zapier email parser not updating Google Sheets from mobile webform

zapier email parser from webform to google sheets works fine when using desktop, but not on mobile.

the test status is all good as well.

So when i fill in the form on the website using desktop, the triggers all work well and my google sheets will be automatically updates. However, when i test out the same flow on mobile, the google sheets is not updates. 

how do i fix this issue?
