I have an Inquiry form on Jotform linked to Zapier. The client fills out the inquiry form and Zapier should transmit the data to Brevo. 
It doesn’t work. 
I’ve run several tests and the data doesn’t list in Brevo.

Please help and advise.

For us to have more info, post screenshots showing how your Zap steps are outlined and configured in EDIT mode with the field mappings visible.

Check your Zap Runs history for activity: https://zapier.com/app/history/

Zap Runs history shows the Zap is running and successful.

For the Zap Run with the error, it may be related to bad/invalid data.

You need to troubleshoot by viewing the DATA IN tab to see the actual data points provided.
