Question

Zapier doesn't detect the fields on my mailjet form that I need to map the output on a googlesheet

I created a Zap to build a database in Google Sheets, but Zapier isn't detecting the fields from the Mailjet form where the records are supposed to be collected from.

Because of this, I can't map the fields from the Mailjet form to the fields in the Google Sheets database.

As a result, only three fields from the Mailjet form are showing up in Google Sheets: email, ID, and timestamp.

Did this topic help you find an answer to your question?

Hi @ECDA

For us to have more info, post screenshots showing how your Zap steps are outlined and configured in EDIT mode with the field mappings visible.

Post screenshots showing the data returned from the Mailjet step.

Try adding this Zap action: Mailjet - Update Contact Properties

See if that returns the other data points.
