I am integrating a ticketspice event into google sheets by using zapier. 

 

I have already completed with another event and it’s working seamlessly. However, when trying to duplicate this process for another event, it is not pulling data from which ticket level we are using therefore, it is showing “no data”. 

 

I need help determining if this is a zapier issue or a ticketspice issue. I have attached the setup I have and on the “Ticket Level” & “In Person” show no data. I need that to pull from Ticketspice to show that we have people registered for the virtual event and then for the in person event. I am not sure why it is showing no data. 

 

On the ticketspice end, I have checked the page is set up correctly, and it is. When I click on a registrants name to view their order, it shows “Ticket Level: In Person”. So I know it is populating data from the event page.

Try performing the live event of submitting a new order in TicketSpice after the Zap trigger step was configured, then test the Zap trigger step “Test” tab again to pull thru new data.
