Hi @Peter_K

Good question.

The Zap trigger for GDrive New File in Folder is not instant, so depending on your Zapier plan it can take from 1-15 minutes for the Zap to fire.

Perhaps that’s the issue you are experiencing?

Try turning the Zap ON and testing.

Then check your Zap Runs after some time: https://zapier.com/app/history/

Hi there @Peter_K  - I’m sorry to hear you’re still having issues. You may want to look into our help desk article on Youtube limits- usually throttling happens when a video is taking too long to upload, you may want to try compressing the video and trying again: https://help.zapier.com/hc/en-us/articles/8495991159693-Common-Problems-with-YouTube

Let us know how you come along and if the Zap pans out! -Rachael
