I’m at a loss here.  Our Zapier account has a typo in the email address.  I cannot receive emails at this address.  I can’t get ticket updates, anything to this email address.  I can’t change the email associated with the account even when I follow the steps in this support article.  Is there a human person who can assist me in fixing this issue?

I understand this must be handled by the support team.  I’ve opened tickets about this.  However, I cannot get a reply to my tickets as the replies go to an email address that does not exist and I cannot receive the updates at.  I can provide a different email address to reply to.
