I’m trying to connect Qualtrics to Smartsheet. I want the Zap to add a new row to the Smartsheet whenever there’s a new response to the Qualtrics survey. It works in the Test; it asks me to select a record from the recent entries, and when it runs the test, that entry appears at the bottom of the Smartsheet. However, it’s not picking up the entries that were added today. I checked the Qualtrics responses, and the new one is there, it’s just not showing up as an option in the Zap. I’ve tried disconnecting and reconnecting the Qualtrics form, and it’s still not seeing that new entry. What have I missed?

Try turning the Zap ON and testing live, then check your Zap Run history to see the DATA IN/OUT for each step to help you trace the data flow and troubleshoot: https://zapier.com/app/history/
