I’m on a paid plan

we try to activate a zap with a schedule trigger (every day at 10pm) and then an action zap “turn on” via zap manager to turn on another zap (that is working fine and has no errors).

But every time I turn this zap on and refresh the page the zap is turned off again.
I see no errors and testing is working fine.

what am I missing? I also looked here for other ideas/resolutions but found none addressing my problems 🤷‍♂️

Hi @Flex8

Good question.

We’d need to see detailed screenshots with how your Zap steps are configured in order to have more context, thanks.

You can check your Zap > Details > Change History for clues.

Hi Troy, pls find attached screenshots.
So far I can find no clue

@Flex8

We’d need to see more screenshots with how your Zap steps are each configured.

Or you can try opening a ticket with Zapier Support for further assistance troubleshooting: https://zapier.com/app/get-help

do these details help?

@Flex8

Based on the timestamps the Zap is being shut off automatically, so best to reach out to Zapier Support.

@Flex8

A different approach would be to add a Filter to only have data process thru the Zap (that stays ON) during the desired days/hours.

Support determined that the problem with the Zap was that the value in Time of Day had to be selected from the drop-down, not a custom value.
