I have seen other posts here for other platforms, so I add mine for Kartra.

My zap triggers correctly most of the time for a tag added in Kartra, but sometimes it does not - does not give an error, and in fact does not even show in the history as having been triggered.

others both before and after trigger perfectly fine.

The zap is set up to

  1.  Find a record in an Airtable base and update a few fields
  2. Create the record if it does not exist and populate it

Hi @Mariwa!

I’m sorry that you’re having some trouble with your Kartra Zap. If your Zap sometimes isn’t triggering and you can’t see errors in the history, that means that it’s likely the error is happening with the trigger; you wont see any errors in the Zap history if nothing i triggered to being with. In this case, it’s best to contact the Support team using the Get Help form as they will be able to look at the logs for your Zap to try to get to the bottom of things. Thanks!
