I am new to Zap. I have a very simple Zap. When a booking comes in YouCanBook.Me, it is triggered and sends a message to Slack. But what happens is that it gets ran multiple times. I am attaching the screen grabs.

I only have 1 Zap running to make sure that it isn’t a duplicate of another zap.

What other options are available in the dropdown list for Notification Types in the Zap trigger step?

 


There are a lot. I choose yo get all booking notifications. We need to be able to get bookings that are either created, rescheduled or cancelled.

You may need to create separate Zaps for each specific Notification Type instead of “All Booking Notifications”.
