Zap test works, but not live (squarespace to jobnimbus)

I made a Zap to create a new contact in JobNimbus when someone fills out our contact submission form on SquareSpace. The test zaps are working, and pulling all the information correctly. However, we have tried multiple submissions on SquareSpace and they are not generating new contacts. Has anyone experienced this (and solved it)?

Hi @RainMaker2025

Check your Zap Runs history for activity and errors/issues: https://zapier.com/app/history/

Otherwise, you may need to disconnect and reconnect your Zapier connection in Squarespace.

Hey @RainMaker2025, just checking in—were you able to get this sorted?

If you did, would you be open to sharing some details about what the solution was? This would be really helpful to others in the Community that might be facing a similar issue. 🙏

And if not, are you using the legacy version of the Create Contact action by any chance? Asking as I spotted there’s a legacy and newer version available:

In which case, switching to the newer version of the Create Contact action may help to get things working. If that’s not the case, can you share some screenshots showing the setup of the Create Contact action, as well as any errors you might be seeing in the Zap history? Be sure to remove any personal info (names, emails etc.) before sharing, using a tool like Zappy.

Looking forward to hearing from you! 🙂
