Question

Zap Template showing as successful for users, but failing on our end.

We have created a Zap Template for our customers. When the zap was being used by them, the action became successful but on our end the Zap run failed. We don’t understand why is it happening.

Kindly help.

Please post screenshots with how your Zap step 2 is configured in the Zap EDIT mode.
