Zap Stopped Working: How to Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues?

Hi Zapier community!

I'm not sure why, but one of my Zaps just stopped working. Up until lately, everything was working flawlessly. Can you assist me in troubleshooting the problem? What standard procedures are followed to find and address Zap-related issues?

Need help from community, your help helps me a lot!
