I’ve built out a pricing calculator that takes data from a website form to calculate through google sheets. but now my zaps are being used without anything triggering them. and in my zaps history there is no data for any of the inputs.

In your Zap Runs you can see the DATA IN/OUT for each Zap step to help you troubleshoot.
We would need to see screenshots with how your Zap trigger step is configured.
The Zap trigger may be getting triggered again from this Zap step.

The screenshots don’t show the Subject of the email sent from Step 12.
Another option is to add a Filter as Step 2.
The Zap trigger step will fire for ANY email that matches the search string.
You may need to make the search string more specific.
Make sure to review the Search String field description for guidance.
