Keep getting this when running the zap. But I know made multiple calls.

 

Zap run failed

We couldn't find any new recently finished incoming calls.

This message will dismiss after 10 seconds.

I did some digging and came across a bug report for an issue where GoTo Connect accounts that had Super Administrator permissions weren’t able to trigger on ended calls for phone numbers they weren’t connected to, as they didn’t have access to the call logs for those numbers. Does the GoTo Connect account you’re using in the Zap have Super Admin permissions but isn’t connected to the selected phone number?

If so, can you head over to GoTo Connect and connect the account to the phone number, then reconnect the account? Or try connecting the Zap to a different GoTo Connect account that’s connected to the phone number to ensure it has access to the call logs so that the Zap can trigger.

Did it work or is the Zap still getting those “We couldn't find any new recently finished incoming calls.” errors?
