I am facing error ..

Zap run failed

We couldn't find any new emails.

Sorry to hear you’re running into that error. Can you share a bit more information about the Zap that’s erroring? Specifically what trigger and action steps it’s using, as well as which step errored?

Any screenshots you could share of the Zap’s current setup would be super helpful to give us a bit more context since we don’t have access to your Zaps. Just be sure to remove any personal or sensitive info from screenshots before sharing as this is a public space - you can use a tool like Zappy for that.
