Zap remains in playing stage due to 20 min delay step has stuck

The zap flow is not moving ahead after delay step(20 min delay).

Can someone please help??

It looks like you’ve reached out to our Support Team about this and they replied today with a suggestion. I’ll share details of the suggestion here in case it’s helpful:

It seems you've been impacted by the recent incident where Runs are stuck in said status. From what I could gather, it seems our engineering team has been able to identify the cause of the issue and has already deployed a fix to replay the stuck Runs. In case yours don't come through in the next few hours, I would recommend you to manually replay the Zap Run by clicking on the "Replay Zap Run" button found on the upper right side of your Zap Run:

Can you give that a try and let me know if it goes through?

If you’ve got any questions regarding their suggestion it would be best to continue the conversation with them over email. If you can’t locate their reply I’d recommend searching your spam/junk folder or searching your inbox for any emails from zapier.com in case. Sometimes their emails can end up in the spam/junk folder by accident.
