Hi all 

i need help

I have do test sample from hubspot to folk it works yesterday and click run
 

 

I notice in my hubspot all the new contact that is created is not zap to Folk CRM


What can i do

Zaps work while turned ON for new data going forward.

Check your Zap Runs history for activity: https://zapier.com/app/history/


I have check i realise the data was going through but was stop by the filter 

The contact owner exactly matches 619452555 is the one that i wanted.

 

But when i run a retest it still show 



I check on my first step
 

however step 2 it still show

It seems that currently, in your Filter step, you’re using the Contact owner id associated with the Contact you find in your Step 2, not the Contact owner id associated with the Contact that triggers your Zap.

If you wish to Filter the Zap based on the Contact owner id associated with the Contact that triggers your Zap, you’ll want to change the field mapped into your Filter by Zapier step to match this.
