Do you have a Zapier paid plan?

You need a Zapier paid plan to turn this Zap ON.

  • It has 3+ steps
  • It uses Premium Zap apps:
    • FB Lead Ads
    • Salesforce

I have a paid plan and a zaps team plan.

@Anush

Can you post screenshots as proof of having a Zapier paid plan?

Make sure you are not on a Zapier plan trial.

Check your Zap app connections here: https://zapier.com/app/connections

Hi and welcome to the Community, @Anush🎉

Just came across this and saw you also contacted our Support team about this and it seems the issue might be caused by the Two-Factor Authentication settings. Not sure if you’ve had a chance to see their latest reply yet so I’ll share it here in case it’s helpful to you, or others running into a similar issue:

Based on what you've described, it seems like the issue might be with the Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) settings on the Facebook page or form. To ensure everything is set up correctly, please follow these steps:

1. **Access Business Settings**: Navigate to your Meta Business Manager or Meta Business Suite.
2. **Go to Business Info**: Click on "Business Settings" and then "Business Info" (or "Business portfolio info" in Meta Business Suite).
3. **Locate Business Options**: Scroll down to the "Business Options" section.
4. **Enable 2FA**: Find the "Two-factor authentication" option and use the dropdown menu to choose whether to enable it for "Admins only," "Everyone," or turn it off by selecting "No one." Note that you must enable 2FA on your personal Facebook account to use it for your Meta Business Manager.

Please ensure that 2FA is enabled both on the Facebook user account and the specific page/form you're trying to connect. Once these settings are confirmed, the Zap should remain switched on.

We don't recommend disabling 2fa but the settings need to be the same on the account and the page for the Zap to work as expected. It can't be enabled on 1 and not the other.

Keep us posted on how you get on with that, keen to ensure this gets sorted! 🙂
