Hey all! I’m trying to set up a Zap where a SamCart purchase triggers a Heartbeat invite. The zap is published and seems to be triggering, but no invites are being sent out by Heartbeat. Any ideas?

For us to have more info, post screenshots showing how your Zap steps are outlined and configured in EDIT mode.

Before we dig deeper into this, could you please let us know the trigger you’re using for the Heartbeat app? This will help me dig deeper into the issue.

I figured it out, thanks. I needed to update to a different subscription (I was on the free plan).
