Zap not triggering for new registrations in eWebinar

Hi 

I’ve set up a zap between ewebinar and kartra so that ewebinar can send a trigger to kartra upon registration but it is not working. The zap is on and everything looks fine but when I put an actual email address in, it doesn’t work, it’s not triggering…
