I can manually ask a zap to upload a lead. That works just fine. But it will not do it automatically. Also there is no history of a Zap run. Any idea what I need to fix. The company where the lead comes from has a Zap App. But it does not seems to ever trigger. I have other Zaps form other company's that work fine. And it works when I manually request a lead.

If the action works when you run it manually but there’s no Zap History, the trigger isn’t firing at all.
Quick checks:
In the trigger step, click Test trigger to confirm Zapier can actually find a recent lead
Make sure a brand new lead is created after the Zap is turned on (older ones often won’t trigger)
Reconnect the trigger app account, then retest
Remove any trigger filters (status, pipeline, owner) temporarily to see if they’re blocking everything
If the app uses a polling trigger, it may only check every few minutes (plan-dependent)
