Beginning on Sept 17 and continuing today the Zaps appear to be successful but the recipient’s email address in DocuSign envelope. The envelope is created in DocuSign and uses the correct template/form but the email has no one in the send to field.

Just came across this and wanted to check whether you were still running into issues here. I can see that you reached out to our Support team about this too and they noticed that the Zap was running an old version of the Docusign app. Did upgrading to the latest version of the Docusign app on Zapier, as they suggested, do the trick? Or is it still not working?

Looking forward to hearing from you on this!
