Im having problems with a zap that is meant to create invoices in xero following a booking request from a conference booking platform called Tickettailor. Zapier support have identified the problem but because I’m not very technical I havent been able to implement their proposals. Can anyone help? According to Zapier it should just take minutes to sort out

Please post screenshots of Data In, Data Out as well as how each Zap step is configured for us to have more context.

You workflow will look like this-

  • Order Created trigger
  • Create Sales Invoice action

This is a sample workflow and you may to need extra actions like Filter, Formatter etc as workflows are usually personalized to user’s needs. Hope it helps!
