Hi everyone,

I’m having an issue with my Zap it keeps turning off automatically, and I can’t turn it back on. Every time I try to activate it, it either fails or deactivates again.

Has anyone experienced this before? Any suggestions on how to fix it?

Thanks in advance for your help!

Hi @Ivo Braz

For us to have more info, post screenshots about how your Zap steps are outlined and configured in EDIT mode with the field mappings visible so we can see which apps are being used.

  1. Check your Zap app connections: https://zapier.com/app/connections
  2. Check you have the necessary Zapier plan to turn the Zap ON.
  3. Check your have the necessary app plans to use the apps in Zaps.

See that the ZAP Sulpar is active, while the SGA one activates for a few seconds and then drops. It's a simple step with RD Station, my plan is Pro, and I have enough balance.

@Ivo Braz

In your Zap, check the Change History section for possible clues.

Try duplicating the Zap.

I have already tried duplicating it and checked the previous edits, but there were no changes. Even when I duplicate and activate it, it turns off again.

All the changes are just it turning off and on again.

Everything is okay and working, but the Zap still won’t activate.
