I am trying to create a simple zap to send an automatic invite to a google calendar event to new respondents in a google form. I did it before, and it does seem to be working with a fake event I created just to check it. But I cannot find the older event I want to put in the zap. It doesn’t offer it in the “event” section:

 

It only shows one event. I have more events in my calendar.

What could be the reason for it?

I did use the wanted event in former similar zaps. In case it’s that, I deleted it from the former zaps, it still didn’t show.

Good question.

If you know the GCal Event ID (e.g. _60g30c...), then you can use the Custom tab to set a static value.

Or you can add a GCal Find Event step to get the Event ID.
