I have integrated Zap, a communication tool, to establish a seamless connection between Calendly and Freshsales. However, I am encountering an issue where the Zap automatically turns off within a second of activation.

From your description, it sounds like Calendly is being used as the trigger, correct?
If so, I recall that Calendly limits the use of their Zapier integration to their Professional plan and above:
If a Calendly account is not on the Professional plan or above, that can prevent Zaps from turning on.
As a first step, I might suggest checking which Calendly plan you’re on.
