Oof, sorry to hear you’re running into this. Facebook/Instagram permissions can often be tricky to navigate. There are so many places to look! I’d recommend checking out this help article outlining the needed permissions for FBLA and comparing them against your setup.
If you’re still running into errors after running through that, my friend Lionel created this guide on how to troubleshoot some of the more common FBLA errors.
