Zap fails to create customers from Shopify to Bexio

A

I have created a new account on Zapier. Now I have been trying for the longest time to create a Zap which creates new customers from Shopify in Bexio.

If the Zap does not return an error message but no customer is created in bexio. Instead I receive an error message by e-mail. I am really at a loss and urgently need help.

For us to have more info, post screenshots with how your Zap steps are outlined and configured in EDIT mode.
