I have built a Zapier connection between Clarizen (AdaptivWork) and Google Sheets. When testing all of the connections data pulls through and everything posts properly. When I turn on the Zap - I receive this error and the Zap turns off - any feedback on how to approach this?

Error:

Invalid input found: Entity 'WorkItem' does not contain the field ' Name'.

Hi @alligillick

Check your Zap Runs history details to see the DATA IN/OUT for each step to help you trace the data flow and troubleshoot: https://zapier.com/app/history/

For us to have more info, post screenshots showing:

  • how your Zap steps are outlined and configured in EDIT mode
  • the encountered error

Hi there @alligillick,

I’m jumping in to see if I can help!

Before we dig deeper into this, could you please try following this help article from AdaptiveWork here: https://success.planview.com/Planview_AdaptiveWork/Integrations/Extensions/Zapier

Kindly give it a try and let me know how it goes? I'll keep an eye out for your response!
