Hi,

I've been having a problem with all my Zaps between Facebook Lead Ads and Active Campaign for a few hours now.

These are zaps that have been active for a while and have never given any problems. No changes have been made recently, and the connections with the apps work correctly.

However, all the zaps that are running now are failing. The message that appears is the following:

Step 1. New Lead in Facebook Lead Ads

Found 1 new Lead in Facebook Lead Ads.
Error message: Error while hydrating data from Facebook Lead Ads: The app returned "Unsupported get request. Object with ID '1226065925102342' does not exist, cannot be loaded due to missing permissions, or does not support this operation. Please read the Graph API docum

Can you please help me understand what I can do to fix this problem?

Thanks

This is a bug in Zapier itself. I also encountered this and am waiting for the team to fix it.

Hi, I too have had this exact problem just this evening. Same error on two zaps, one of which has been running smooth almost a year. Any word on when it will be fixed?

Hi @GiuliaFD@chen1111113123 and @PatO 👋

Thanks for flagging this! These errors with Facebook Lead Ads that you’re all running into are related to an incident, caused by issues on the Facebook Lead Ads platform, that’s also being discussed over here:

We’ve got a bug report tracking affected users and I’ve ensured that you’re on the list of folks being impacts by this. We can’t make any promises around when this will be resolved by but you will all be notified by email as soon as it’s been fixed.

For now, please see the incident page (https://status.zapier.com/incidents/8xbrhfj1xdby) for more details. You can also subscribe to updates on that page to follow along with progress on the issue.

As we’ve already got one topic in Community discussing this issue I’m going to close this one out. For anyone that comes across this post and wants to be added to the bug report please reach out on the main topic here and we’ll take care of that.
